The Position

Carlyle Dentistry is seeking a skilled, motivated, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established and growing practice in Kinston, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values patient-centered care, professional growth, and a collaborative, supportive environment. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

  • Provide general, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures with precision and care

  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options

  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care

  • Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in compliance with best practices

  • Stay current with continuing education and advancements in dental technology

  • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused practice culture and team environment

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No immediate direct reports

Skills & Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in NC, in good standing

  • Completion of a residency program

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience

  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry – ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention

  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Work Environment

  • On-site position in Kinston, North Carolina

  • In office 4 days a week - no weekends

  • Focused on PPO/FFS patients

Compensation

  • High earning potential, with an annual production range of $300,000–$350,000, based on experience and performance

  • Compensation includes a daily rate guarantee to provide stability as you build your schedule, as well as a percentage of collections once established

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in NC, in good standing
