The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our growing team in Granger, IN. This role offers a full schedule from day one, with offices booked six weeks in advance. You will hold a valid Indiana dental license and have earned a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution. In this role you will perform comprehensive dental examinations, create individualized treatment plans, deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care—including procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions—and educate patients about oral health while maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate closely with dental staff to ensure efficient operations and an outstanding patient experience. With strong clinical skills in general, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, and effective communication skills, you’ll fit seamlessly into our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create treatment plans

• Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care

• Conduct procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions

• Educate patients on oral health and maintain accurate patient records

• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient operations

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No immediate direct reports

Skills & Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Valid Indiana dental license

• Strong clinical skills in general, preventive, and restorative dentistry

• Proficiency in cosmetic procedures and effective communication skills

Work Environment

• On-site position in a new state-of-the-art facility in Granger, Indiana

• Focused on PPO/FFS patients

Compensation

• High earning potential with a production-based model 

• Opportunities for buy-in/partnership after 2 years

• Daily production-based rate of $1,000 - $1,200
