The Position

We are hiring a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join its fast-growing, privately owned practices in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality general dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. Experience with endodontics or surgical dentistry is a strong plus.

A valid Tennessee dental license and a DDS or DMD from an accredited school are required. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop customized treatment plans

  • Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care to patients

  • Conduct routine dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges and extractions

  • Provide endodontic and minor surgical treatments, if qualified

  • Ensure optimal patient comfort and satisfaction during all procedures

  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices and post-treatment care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols

  • Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth clinical operations

  • Stay current with the latest dental technology, procedures and best practices through continuing education

  • Follow all state and federal regulations for infection control, patient safety and clinical standards

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No immediate direct reports

​

Skills & Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

  • Valid dental license to practice in the state of Tennessee

  • Strong clinical expertise in general dentistry, including preventive and restorative care

  • Requires a MINIMUM of 2 years of experience in treatment planning and implants

  • Heavy cosmetic demand in this office, so proficiency in cosmetic dental procedures (e.g., veneers, whitening, bonding) is highly preferred

  • Skilled in diagnosing and developing personalized treatment plans

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills with patients and team members

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to maintain accurate patient records and charting

  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety regulations

  • Familiarity with modern dental technologies and tools

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting

Work Environment

  • On-site position located in Northern Nashville area

  • Standard hours of operation 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM hours Monday – Thursday, plus two Fridays per month

  • This practice will only accept PPO / FFS patients

  • New state-of-the-art facility

​

Compensation

  • Enjoy high earning potential with a production-based model (30% of adjusted production with no base salary and zero lab fees)

  • Production-based range of $300,000 - $350,000+

  • Buy-in / Partnership opportunities after 2 years

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Valid dental license to practice in the state of Tennessee required
