Full-time Contract Position – Englewood, CO

The Position
The Graphic Designer II develops clear, compelling visual solutions that translate complex technical and business concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand graphics. This role supports proposals, strategic roadmaps, product capability trees, presentations, SharePoint sites, and training materials.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop visual concepts that clearly communicate complex processes and technical information

Design and produce high-quality graphics, images, and presentation materials

Support proposals, strategic roadmaps, product capability trees, and internal/external presentations

Create visual content for SharePoint sites, training products, and internal customer communications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Ensure visual consistency, quality, and professionalism across all deliverables

Contribute creative solutions that support digital transformation initiatives

Supervisory Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
-
Higher education may substitute for experience; relevant experience may substitute for education

Experience with most graphic design application programs

Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
-
Working knowledge of one or more Adobe applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat

Ability to communicate visually with clarity and precision

Strong collaboration skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience
-
Experience with software tools such as: SolidWorks, 3DS Max, The Foundry Modo, ZBrush, Adobe, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, FileZilla, WordPress, Google Apps

Exposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, and 2D and/or 3D animation

Familiarity with 3D printing software: Autodesk Mesh Fusion, 3DS Z Edit Pro, Autodesk Netfabb, Google SketchUp

Proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred

Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging designs

Compensation

Position offers an hourly W2 Rate between $15 - $20, with additional benefits ​
