IT Process Coordinator

Full-time Contract Position – Remote

The Position

In this IT Process Coordinator position, you will join our Client's expanding IT team to drive the business forward by delivering new digital capabilities and technologies. In support of the IT project demand intake process, the IT Process Coordinator will support the organization by facilitating communication across various groups. In this dynamic environment, the IT Process Coordinator will have an opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the process and business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Send out weekly emails to IT team with updates to queue

  • Work with business and technical leaders to determine timeline for intake disposition

  • Daily monitoring of demand intake queue

  • Meeting minute documentation and action item follow-up

  • Schedule review sessions prior to governance sessions

  • Add new initiatives to resource management tool with preliminary resource hours if known

  • Follow up on senior leadership action items after every governance meeting

  • Run intake review meeting to record disposition of tasks and update accordingly in tracking systems

  • Follow up with requestors when information is insufficient

  • Work with requestors when needed to identify department level priority of requested initiatives

  • Work with ServiceNow team for any break-fixes or proposed updates to the ServiceNow ticket

  • Process map as-is business processes to help in roadmap development

  • Capture gaps and pain points related to IT requests

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No immediate direct reports

​

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, resource management (Tempus) and/or project management software preferred.

  • Able to effectively communicate about and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously across all levels of the organization, including senior management

  • Enjoy exploring technology and asking process questions

  • Are open and receptive to change, while looking for opportunities to continuously improve

Work Environment

  • Fully Remote position

​

Compensation

  • Position offers an hourly W2 Rate of $65-$80 per hour, with additional benefits

​

Preferred Experience

  • BS/BA in related field preferred; may substitute relevant experience for education.

  • Experience in a GMP / GXP environment helpful

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification a plus
