IT Support Technician II
Full-time Contract Position – Englewood, CO (Onsite)

The Position
Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician II to provide advanced desktop, hardware, and software support with a strong emphasis on executive-level service. In this role, you will deliver white glove technical support, troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, support conference room and meeting technologies, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for end users.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and experience supporting hardware, software, networking, and peripheral technologies in a fast-paced professional environment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide Tier II IT support for employees with a strong focus on executive-level support and white glove service

Troubleshoot, install, configure, service, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment

Support conference rooms, AV equipment, and executive-level meetings to ensure seamless operations

Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, network connectivity, drivers, software, AI technologies, and desk-side peripherals

Investigate employee information, network, and communication technology needs and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining timely issue resolution and user satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise

Translate user and business requirements into effective technical solutions

Maintain and support industry-standard IT systems, hardware, and software environments
Supervisory Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer/solution ownership mindset with a commitment to service excellence

Experience providing executive support and white glove IT service

Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, printers, drivers, and peripherals

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Knowledge of current IT technical standards and desktop support technologies

Strong customer care philosophy focused on high levels of user satisfaction

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and share knowledge effectively

Experience supporting conference room technology and executive meetings

Associate’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant IT support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Experience

Experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment

Familiarity with AI technologies and related troubleshooting/support practices

Advanced knowledge of desk-side support tools and enterprise IT environments

Experience recommending and implementing hardware/software solutions based on business needs

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

Experience working with industry-standard IT service and support practices
Work Environment

Onsite position located in Englewood, Colorado

This is a 1-year contract position
Compensation
-
Position offers an hourly W2 Rate between $25 - $30, with additional benefits
