Part-time position

CareStack, an all-in-one, cloud-based Dental Practice Management Software (PMS) solution for multi-site group practices, DSOs, solo practices and startups, is adding a Practice Hero to our team of Dental community outreach specialists. The CareStack Practice Hero Team needs a driven, Dental Operations experienced leader with a propensity for networking to assist in building the CareStack brand. The Company

CareStack was founded in 2015 by Dr. Mark Huzyak and Abhi Krishna. Mark had been practicing dentistry for nearly three decades and none of the Dental Practice Management Systems (PMS) that existed in the market could truly keep up with the needs of his growing group practice.

So, Mark reached out to a group of software experts, led by Abhi Krishna, to create a state-of-the-art, cloud-based all-in-one technology platform that fundamentally transforms the way dentists work and manage their practices.

CareStack was born because Mark believed “…that dentistry deserves tools that are as modern, well-designed, and easy-to-use. Our mission is to pioneer the digital transformation of the dental industry with simple, modern, cloud-based solutions.”

Today, CareStack is serving as the Dental PMS for more than 2000 providers, they employ over 500 talented professionals across the globe and they continue to lead the pack when it comes to cloud-based Dental platform innovation. With a customer-centricity that permeates all business decisions made, CareStack is continually improving their product with new releases every two weeks, and <span> over half of the new features were born of requests from existing customers.

Client Acquisition

  • Attend and participate in demos scheduled and facilitated by the Sales team
  • Upon Client introduction by Sales Team, follow-up with prospects post-demo to gauge interest or gather information regarding additional questions/concerns
  • Assist Implementation, Account Management and other departments to gather insights or conduct research

Client Outreach

  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, e-mail, Zoom, Google Meet, and videos
  • Consulting, coaching and advising the client on operational foundations and optimizing processes

Community Building

  • Where applicable, act as an ambassador for the CareStack brand at industry events and onsite training with CareStack clients
  • Practice Heroes participate in outreach interviews with partners
  • Attend, participate in or host CareStack held events, webinars, Q & A sessions, and podcasts

Content & Research

  • Collaborate and create content for media events, webinars, Q&A sessions and playbooks

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of diversified Dental and/or DSO Industry experience
    • Operations Leaders, Practice Managers and Hygienists with excellent people skills
    • Diverse understanding of the Dental industry that encompasses multiple aspects of Dental practice operations, including clinical, operations, finance and/or RCM functions
    • Operational excellence focused with a concentration on client success
    • Exceptional Relationship Development and Management skills
    • An organized multi-tasker with exceptional client facing and communication skills
    • Comfortable contributing to client-facing and back office sales and marketing efforts
    • Tech savvy with at least three years of experience working with Dental Tech, Practice Management Systems and related software
    • Adept at creatively and articulately engaging audiences on social media platforms

      Work Environment

      • Position requires 20% travel to various industry events, networking engagements, client sites or to HQ in Celebration, FL
      • We are a remote-friendly work environment
