The Position
Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the
development, growth, and lifecycle management of key product categories within the
dental and healthcare market. This individual will be responsible for driving upstream
product management initiatives, identifying market opportunities, gathering customer
insights, and developing innovative product strategies that support long-term business
growth.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product management professional with a proven
track record of launching successful products, influencing cross-functional teams, and
translating customer needs into compelling product solutions. This role offers significant
visibility across the organization and the opportunity to directly impact product innovation and commercial success
Duties & Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for assigned product portfolios, from concept development and product planning through commercialization and ongoing portfolio management

Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and organizational objectives

Partner with Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product development

Conduct market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer programs to identify customer needs and growth opportunities

Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to inform product innovation, portfolio expansion, and strategic decision-making

Lead new product introductions, platform launches, and product enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful commercialization and market adoption

Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth

Monitor product portfolio performance, sales forecasts, and financial metrics to optimize profitability, market share, and business results

Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to achieve strategic objectives.

Represent the company as a product expert at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, training programs, and professional conferences

Present product strategies, business cases, market insights, and performance updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related
field -
7–10 years of product management, marketing, or related experience within the
medical device, healthcare, or dental industry -
Demonstrated success managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle

Proven experience leading successful product launches and commercialization
efforts -
Strong understanding of market research methodologies and customer needs
analysis -
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence and drive decisions within a matrixed organizational structure

Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities

Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require
Preferred Experience

MBA or advanced business degree

Experience within the dental equipment, dental technology, or broader medical
device industry -
Background in downstream marketing or marketing communications

Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing team members

Demonstrated success managing product portfolio financial performance and
forecasting
Work Environment

On-site Position located in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Compensation
-
Position offers a Base Salary of $90,000 – $145,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with Experience)
