The Position

GC America is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop its Mid-Atlantic sales organization. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, coaching and developing Territory Managers, building a culture of accountability, and executing strategic sales initiatives across a multi-state territory.


The Mid-Atlantic region is performing well and continues to trend upward. The incoming 
leader will inherit a team with strong potential and the opportunity to make an immediate impact through structured leadership, field coaching, talent development, and data-driven sales management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales performance across a seven-state territory

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue 
    objectives

  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and key performance 
    metrics

  • Utilize CRM data and sales analytics to identify opportunities and drive performance 
    improvements

  • Partner with executive leadership to implement national sales initiatives and 
    regional growth strategies

  • Directly manage and develop a team of approximately 10 Territory Managers

  • Conduct regular field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

  • Establish consistent accountability measures and sales management processes

  • Mentor team members to improve sales effectiveness, territory management, and 
    customer engagement

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No immediate direct reports

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing field-based sales teams

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading high-performing teams

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills

  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and performance 
    analytics

Preferred Experience

  • Dental industry, medical device, healthcare, or clinically focused sales leadership 
    experience

  • Experience managing geographically dispersed sales teams

  • Demonstrated success recruiting and developing top-performing sales 
    professionals

  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities

 

Work Environment

  • On-site Position located in one of the following states: Charlotte, NC | Raleigh, NC | Nashville, TN | Baltimore, MD/Washington, DC (Preferred Home Base)

  • Ability to travel approximately 40% throughout the region

Compensation

  • Position offers a Base Salary: $135,000–$165,000 annually, depending on experience

  • Target Earnings: $200,000+ annually at plan
