  • Collaborate with SmileTechs and event leadership to keep events organized and on pace

  • Track sales activity and follow company scripts, procedures, and brand standards

  • Travel to assigned events and stay present through setup, live hours, and breakdown

  • Resilience and self-motivation to maintain momentum after rejection

  • Polished, energetic, brand-conscious presence

  • Comfort discussing pricing and financing transparently

  • Coachable, with the ability to apply feedback in real time

  • Reliable, flexible schedule with willingness to travel frequently

  • Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor in a performance-based role

Preferred Experience

  • High-ticket, consultative, commission-based, or membership sales

  • Dental treatment coordination, orthodontics, medical aesthetics, or med-spa sales

  • Luxury retail, cosmetics, skincare, bridal, fitness, or wellness sales

  • Hospitality, event promotion, brand representation, or customer-facing leadership

  • Other fast-paced, trust-building, same-day-decision sales environments

Work Environment

  • Frequent, nationwide travel; events often span multiple days

  • Weekday and weekend availability may be required; several event weeks per month

  • Works alongside SmileTechs and event leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
