Territory Sales Executive
Full-time Position – Western Canada

The Position
The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities throughout Western Canada. This individual will work closely with orthodontists, practice owners, and clinical teams to provide product education, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires a highly organized, self-directed sales professional who thrives in a relationship-based selling environment and enjoys managing a large geographic territory.

relationships. They understand that territory growth is earned through consistency,
responsiveness, and trust. While they appreciate the foundation built by their predecessor,

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of orthodontic customers throughout
Western Canada -
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales
objectives -
Build long-term relationships with orthodontists, treatment coordinators, practice
managers, and key decision-makers -
Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational
presentations -
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term
customers -
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM documentation

Attend regional and national orthodontic meetings, trade shows, and industry
events -
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business growth
initiatives -
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of service and
follow-through
Supervisory Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

Proven success in outside sales, territory management, or business development

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

Experience managing a large geographic territory with significant travel
requirements -
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Western Canada
Preferred Experience
-
Dental, orthodontic, medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales experience

Existing relationships within the orthodontic community

Experience selling capital equipment, consumables, or clinical products

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
Work Environment

On-site position in British Columbia, Canada (Preferred home base in central/suburban BC)

Approximately 30% overnight travel, including quarterly travel to Manitoba
Compensation
-
Position offers a Base Salary of $95,000 – $105,000 CAD (Commensurate with experience)
